Only orders for the UK will be accepted. Payment Payment is not taken until after we have processed your order unless you use PayPal. This is taken at the time you enter your order. Delivery Charges Each order is subject to a standard delivery charge of £8 (exceptions do apply) which is payable at the time of ordering. Standard delivery is free for orders over £50 (exceptions apply). Standard deliveries are by courier between 9am and 5pm weekdays only (Monday to Friday). A signature is required on delivery and items cannot be left in an out-building, kennel or garage.The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed. Exceptions to the standard delivery charges include deliveries to Northan Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of White, Isles of Scilly and UK postcodes starting with IV, KW, ZE, HS, PH19-44, PA20-88 which are subject to a delivery charge of £22 for orders below £50 and £18 for orders over £50. Orders will be despatched from one of our eight stores on the next courer collection after we have receaved your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please email eshop@burgessae.co.uk. Returns Policy We are only able to accept the return of items if they are unopened and in their original condition. You must obtain a returns reference number before sending any goods back. To obtain a returns reference please email Eshop@burgessae.co.uk. Goods should be returned, as detailed, quoting the returns reference number, within 14 days, to qualify for a full refund of the price paid (delivery charge is not refundable). Defective items In the unlikely event of an item being defective please email Eshop@burgessae.co.uk or telephone 01743 280400 with a detailed description of the fault. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. The goods then need to be returned recorded delivery, securely wrapped in its original packaging and quoting your returns reference. We will credit you with the cost of returning the goods and send you a replacement . This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
