Suitable for paddocks and short lengths of fencing where no contact with vegetation is likely. Uses two 1.5 volt Alkaline "D" cell battery (Part No: 22-108). Expected life 4-6 weeks of continuous use. When in economy mode the unit automatically goes from slow to very slow at night & back to slow during the day. This gives a battery saving of about 30%.
